this is done for both chains and accounts in v0.6, planning more here around tokens in the future too

I would prefer to have a custom block explorer or something even native to Frame (like Otterscan)

Or any other block explorer depending on the network you are in and it is configured in the network setup, not necessarily etherscan (even for ethereum).
